Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) appoints entrepreneur and investor Datuk Fadzli Shah Anuar as its new Chief Strategy Officer.
MDEC describes Fadzli, 33, as someone with an impressive and diverse track record in areas including early stage startups, infrastructural project investment, and management consulting.
“As an entrepreneur and investor, he is especially passionate about technology enabled disruption of low innovation industries,” the statement reads.
The appointment is effective from April 16.
Fadzli is expected to step down as Technopreneur Association of Malaysia (TeAM) president, a position he has held for the last three years, to focus on his new role at MDEC.
