BT Sport customers are furious they still have to pay for subscriptions, while Sky Sports customers are able to pause packages.
The telecoms company has come under fire for refusing to allow customers to freeze or cancel packages despite live sporting events being suspended due to the coronavirus crisis.

Premier League football isn’t set to return until at least April 30, and in the meantime BT Sport is showing repeats of old sporting fixtures as well as shows such as Premier League Tonight.
But fans are calling for it to allow pricey subscriptions, that can cost up to £47.99 a month (when included with broadband and Sky TV), to be paused or cancelled until live sports are allowed to return.
